Formación

• Seven (7)+ years of progressive fundraising experience with focus on high-level gifts
• Experience managing high-value donor portfolios with defined annual revenue expectations
• Experience coaching advancement staff with clear performance expectations
• Ability to work with senior leaders on high-stakes solicitations
• Experience in campaign or growth-focused fundraising environments
• Proven success closing significant gifts via proactive solicitations
• Strong relationship-building with donors, leaders, and staff
• Experience using advancement databases and data to inform strategy

Responsabilidades

• Lead major gifts and campaign strategies to meet annual fundraising targets of $500,000 to $750,000 per year.
• Develop and implement fundraising plans, cultivate and solicit major gifts, and ensure donor stewardship.
• Collaborate with Executive Director, Advancement & Community Engagement and leadership to advance priorities.
• Develop strategies for annual giving across all constituents.
• Provide oversight and input to annual reports and donor recognition.
