Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to develop fundraising plans, set measurable objectives, and hit revenue targets.
• Proven track record engaging donors across backgrounds and ages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fund development plan aligned with priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead fundraising planning process with annual goals, priorities and revenue targets.
• Identify sustainable donor pipelines and partnerships across Canada to support mission.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the Executive Director and Board.
