Job summary

Greenwood College School in Toronto seeks an Officer, Alumni Engagement to champion and grow our alumni network. This full-time role begins in November 2026 and is an ongoing contract with the school.

You will collaborate with the Advancement team, volunteers and staff to build durable relationships with alumni, donors and parents, develop alumni materials and help implement a five-year engagement strategy and events program.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in constituent engagement or Advancement-related work.
• Knowledge of the independent school community and/or higher education sector preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with alumni, soon-to-be alumni, donors, volunteers and staff.
• Collaborate on a five-year alumni engagement strategy with the Executive Director.
• Develop alumni materials including spotlights and social media posts.
• Coordinate and support Alumni & Advancement events.
• Maintain donor records and prepare reports for governance bodies.
