Job summary

Scene+ is seeking a Fraud Product and Operations Lead to identify, investigate, and prevent fraud across our loyalty ecosystem. You will analyze fraud journeys, strengthen controls, and design scalable solutions in line with our fraud operating model.

The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring three days on-site at the Toronto office with occasional weekend availability. Your responsibilities include refining fraud rules, reducing false positives, and deploying AI-enabled capabilities while

Qualifications

• Experience with fraud prevention platforms and configuring rules; ability to translate risks into prevention strategies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; balance fraud controls with member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud investigation by reviewing suspicious activity and escalating cases.
• Manage and monitor fraud detection and prevention systems; respond to alerts promptly.
• Assess and refine fraud prevention rules and AI features to reduce false positives and detect risks.
• Analyze fraud trends and operational data to identify root causes and implement targeted controls.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Member Services and partner fraud teams to resolve issues.
• Drive automation to streamline investigative workflows and reporting.
• Contribute to the fraud operating playbook and ensure alignment with IT security policies.
