Job summary

FLINT Corp. seeks a Director of Electrical & Instrumentation to lead our E&I business across construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects. You will set strategy, drive growth, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, and clients to strengthen relationships, improve performance, and build high-performing teams while sustaining profitability and industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in E&I and industrial construction.
• Experience leading large-scale construction, maintenance, turnaround, and capital projects.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and client management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for FLINT's E&I business.
• Lead safety culture and implement HSE programs.
• Oversee project delivery and performance across regions.
• Manage workforce development and succession planning.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
