Job summary

Fluor Canada is seeking an experienced Estimator for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to develop and manage detailed cost estimates on mid-sized to large projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams to ensure complete cost capture and alignment with the project WBS.

The role requires strong experience in estimating methodologies, QA/QC practices, and the ability to guide junior estimators while handling multiple estimate packages.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and refine estimates for mid-sized to large projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost drivers and rate analysis.
• Ability to coach others in estimation concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of estimates and unit rates.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and integrate E&I inputs into EPFC estimates.
