Job summary

Fluor Canada is seeking an experienced design professional to oversee discipline design work and guide project designers. You will develop cost-effective solutions, prepare estimates and schedules, and monitor material quantities while ensuring technical accuracy across project phases.

Role may require serving as Design Lead on assigned projects, performing advanced electrical design calculations, and supporting procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Accredited two-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and extensive work experience.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, visitors.
• Knowledge of design calculations and electrical design practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide project designers.
• Develop cost-effective total project solutions for discipline design work.
• Develop estimates, schedules, staffing plans, and progress reports.
