Job summary

FLINT is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial construction and turnaround projects from bid development through delivery and closeout. Located in Sherwood Park or Calgary, AB, you will coordinate with clients, estimating, operations, controls, supply chain, engineering, and field teams to ensure safe and successful project outcomes.

You’ll provide constructability input, execution planning, schedule logic, and risk mitigation to develop competitive proposals and ensure smooth handoffs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of industrial construction experience in PM, controls, estimating, operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of construction execution methods, constructability reviews, workforce planning, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
• Experience managing project cost, schedule, scope, risk, safety, quality, and client relationships from bid through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, forecasting practices, change management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical project execution input in bid development and planning, including constructability reviews, work sequencing, and resource strategy.
• Lead project execution with client, estimating, controls, supply chain, engineering, and field teams for safe, predictable outcomes.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, cost and schedule controls, change management, and logistics.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives and future bids.
