Job summary

Graham Industrial Maintenance seeks an Operations Director for Electrical & Instrumentation Services to lead a new business line with full P&L responsibility. The role focuses on strategic growth, client development, and expanding self-perform capabilities across Western Canada, while aligning with governance, safety, and financial controls.

The position requires deep E&I expertise, a strong industry network, and proven leadership to scale services, manage risk, and deliver profitable outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in electrical and instrumentation services, with leadership responsibility for operations and growth.
• Proven success growing a business unit, service line, or market with profitability and client development accountability.
• Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and sustaining capital work.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth by expanding E&I Services across targeted markets.
• Build strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Champion self-perform delivery and expand value across projects and portfolios.
• Drive revenue, profitability, forecasting, and resource planning for E&I services and contracts.
• Lead within Graham's governance framework and risk management processes.
• Build a high-performing organization with scalable processes and accountability.
