Job summary

Englobe seeks a seasoned engineer to lead multi-disciplinary projects across environment, renewables, and infrastructure in a dynamic team. You will coordinate deliverables, schedules, and budgets while interfacing with clients to ensure requirements are met.

You will guide EIC resources, support procurement, and ensure quality across project stages from design to construction. A strong technical background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across management levels, clients, and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products for project documentation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of project execution and life cycle within EPCM environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and field support.

Responsibilities

• Develop or coordinate project deliverables including cost estimates and risk analyses.
• Develop and maintain project schedules by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
• Manage project cost and budget, including change management and status reporting.
• Facilitate technical and client update meetings; interface with clients to interpret needs.
• Coordinate EIC resources in engineering and construction work packages.
• Assist procurement with cost management, plans, schedules, and supplier relations.
• Coordinate EIC teams to ensure consistent deliverables across disciplines.
• Develop spend profiles and resource loading; ensure resources are available.
• Monitor compliance to codes, QA/QC policies, and specifications.
• Oversee junior staff to ensure work stays on budget and schedule.
• Other responsibilities as required.
