Job summary

N-able Technologies Ltd. seeks a Director of Business Analysis & Portfolio Delivery in Ottawa to lead a 5-person team. You will own the Plan phase, govern intake and roadmaps, and partner across Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and AI Strategy.

This is a hybrid role reporting to the VP of CIO and driving business outcomes across a 100% third-party SaaS tech stack. You will shape priorities, manage governance, and grow the team’s business analysis capability, balancing strategic leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience spanning business analysis and portfolio/project management.
Proven ability to shape priorities, roadmaps, and intake governance with senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Lean and Agile practices and AI-native tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead business partnership and domain ownership across Lead-to-Customer-Support journey.
Own portfolio governance, prioritization, and intake reporting frameworks.
Develop and mentor a team, building both portfolio management and business analysis capabilities.
Operate as an AI-native leader using agentic tools to improve output.
