Job summary

Maplesoft Group, an SEB Company, is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist – AI Transformation for a 14-month contract in Ottawa. This hybrid role drives enterprise AI transformation, develops the AI roadmap and coordinates cross-disciplinary teams across business, technology, data, architecture, cybersecurity and risk to accelerate digital modernization.

The ideal candidate will establish governance and operating models, manage schedules and risks, and provide executive updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large enterprise projects or programs.
• 3+ years in AI transformation, digital modernization or emerging tech.
• Experience with governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and adoption strategies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Eligible for Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
• Establish AI governance, delivery frameworks and operating models.
• Coordinate business, technology, data, architecture, cybersecurity and risk teams.
• Lead AI and digital modernization initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.
• Facilitate executive committees, workshops and solution reviews.
• Develop metrics and reporting to support enterprise decision-making.
• Support change management, training and enterprise AI adoption.
• Drive collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level communication and project updates.
