Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap development, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, and know when to kill a campaign.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Digital Advertising Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
