Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to own and scale core trade compliance programs for Amazon Devices, leading end-to-end initiatives that support the Product Development Process and global launches.

You will build durable processes, dashboards, and controls, translate complex regulatory frameworks into scalable programs, and collaborate with Product, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to ensure launch readiness and compliant growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to embed classification, COO, and FTA requirements into NPI and launch processes.
• Design and continuously improve governance models, SOPs, and controls.
• Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring mechanisms to track compliance status, launch readiness, FTA utilization, and risk indicators.
• Communicate risk, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership.
