Job summary

Husky TechnologiesTM is seeking a seasoned Global Trade Compliance Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across regions. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Sales to embed compliance into business processes and systems.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations, with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global trade compliance.
• Deep understanding of U.S., EU, and Canadian export control and sanctions laws.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale trade compliance or ERP integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Law, or related discipline; PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of global trade compliance initiatives, including process optimization, technology integration and system enhancements.
• Oversee implementation of trade compliance modules within the ERP system to ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance, milestones, KPIs and reporting for trade compliance programs.
• Coordinate global stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and consistent deployment of compliance practices.
• Stay current on international trade laws, import regulations and sanctions programs; translate requirements into actionable controls.
