Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead an AI-powered cross-border operations platform. You will define and build an intelligent agent layer to orchestrate pricing, promotions, advertising, and selection across destination marketplaces.

You will own the roadmap, consolidate legacy tools, and partner with engineering on AI/ML solutions, while working with global teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical product management or engineering roles.
• Experience owning roadmaps and end‑to‑end product delivery.
• Ability to participate in engineering discussions on tech strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Proven AI/ML product experience, incl. LLMs and agent architectures.
• Experience with SQL Server / MySQL and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and tech roadmap for XB's AI-powered operations platform.
• Define and scale an agent orchestration layer across pricing, promotions, selection, and advertising.
• Consolidate legacy tooling into a single intelligent surface.
• Partner with engineering to design AI/ML-powered solutions for cross-border problems.
• Collaborate with growth, merchandising, finance and operations teams globally.
• Mine and analyze data for decision support; define success metrics and guardrails.
• Think big and invent new ways to automate cross-border operations at scale.
