Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning multiple development teams from inception to delivery — defining roadmaps, user stories, and technical solutions.
• Interact with project sponsors, engineering leaders, Principal Engineers, and partner teams across multiple VP-level organizations to define and deliver complex programs.
• Clearly communicate roadmap, plans, and project status to senior management and key technical and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with software development teams on delivering high-quality solutions, providing guidance on architecture, design, and priorities.
• Be a leader in AI adoption — driving how the team leverages generative AI and agentic technologies in both the product and the process.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; provide escalation management; anticipate and make trade-offs balancing business needs versus technical constraints.
• Evangelize the team’s capabilities across Amazon, build relationships, and identify existing technologies that can be leveraged to accelerate delivery.
