Qualifications

• 1+ years corporate desk-side support experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot Windows issues and hardware.
• Proficient with Active Directory, Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with VPN, printer/hardware repairs, and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support to onsite clients, including break/fix.
• Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity from PC to the network.
• Assist with printer and peripheral device issues and basic repairs.
• Support Windows environments and AD-based workflows.
