Qualifications

• Diploma in business or office administration required.
• 3–5 years experience in a Dental Practice Lead or Manager role.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with dental software systems preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice.
• Review clinic performance and provide coaching to the team.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
