Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. seeks a capable Practice Manager for Toothworks College Park in Canada. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow, and drive performance across the clinic.

You will partner with compliance, implement company programs, recruit dental professionals, manage payroll costs, and ensure high standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager.
• Experience in supervision or management, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong commitment to health regulation and operational standards.
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice.
• Review clinic environment and business indicators; coach the team.
• Ensure compliance with provincial health regulations and safety policies.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, payroll administration, and accounts receivable.
