Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in operations, staffing, and finances.
• Budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Experience with dental software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations and productivity.
• Review clinic metrics to identify problems and coach the team.
• Ensure compliance and patient safety with health regulations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, DC Institute and HR to meet regulations.
• Oversee payroll and staffing costs, and accounts receivable.
