Job summary

Dentalcorp is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our dental practice operations in Canada, driving patient care, staff performance and financial health.

The role requires 3–5 years in a dental leadership position, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and proficiency with dental software and Microsoft Office. You will guide scheduling, compliance, and team development to support practice growth.

Qualifications

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years experience in a Dental Practice Lead/Manager role.
• Experience supervising staff, scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and business operations experience.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to maximize productivity and patient care.
• Lead and coach the team to improve engagement, retention and performance.
• Manage staffing costs and payroll; oversee accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with provincial health regulations and Health & Safety policies.
• Support recruitment and implement company programs and procedures.
