Qualifications

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Manager.
• Experience in supervision, budgeting, scheduling, and people management.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice, ensuring productivity and growth.
• Review clinic environment and key indicators to identify problems and coach the team.
• Lead and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and patient retention.
• Support recruitment, oversee payroll, and manage accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with provincial health regulations and patient safety standards.
