Job summary

Canadian Linen is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Alberta to manage deliveries, interface with customers, and drive sales opportunities. You will handle loading, securing items, and ensuring accurate deliveries and returns.

Role involves driving routes, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing proactive service to clients. Requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in physically demanding roles with heavy lifting.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales and delivery services.
• Punctual work attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Navigate delivery routes and ensure timely, safe deliveries to customers.
• Deliver and retrieve uniforms, linens, towels, mats and other rental items.
• Secure electronic signatures for invoices and collect payments when applicable.
• Unload, organize, and reconcile delivery data during route settlements.
