Job summary

Canadian Linen is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage delivery routes, service existing accounts, and perform sales activities. You’ll load and unload items, ensure accurate deliveries, and maintain vehicle safety on each run.

In this role you’ll collect payments, sign invoices electronically, and build rapport with customers. The position emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service, sales and delivery.
• Lifting ability 25 lbs, up to 50+ lbs, with bending and squatting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Navigate delivery routes and ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Load and unload items; inspect and maintain delivery vehicle.
• Deliver and retrieve uniforms, linens, and rental items; confirm quantities.
• Secure electronic signatures and collect payments; build customer rapport.
• Collaborate with the manager to identify cross-sell opportunities.
