Canadian Linen seeks a Relief Customer Service Representative to manage delivery routes, provide exceptional service, and handle account interactions for our clients. This role involves physical work, driving, and customer service as part of daily operations.

The candidate will load and unload goods, secure invoices, and work closely with the manager to identify cross-selling opportunities while maintaining safety and vehicle standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service, sales and delivery services is required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs, with bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Deliver and pickup uniforms, linens, towels, mats, and other rental items.
• Secure signatures and collect payments; maintain client relations and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with manager weekly to address customer needs and improve service levels.
