Job summary

Canadian Linen & Uniform Service Corp. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Victoria. The role blends physical work, driving, delivery, and a strong focus on customer service and sales to support our valued clients.

You will manage routes, ensure timely deliveries, handle invoices, collect payments, and build rapport with customers. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy items while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales and delivery.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery routes including timely, safe deliveries to a defined customer base.
• Perform vehicle checks and maintenance reporting any issues.
• Load/unload goods with safe lifting techniques and accuracy in quantities.
• Provide strong customer service and upsell opportunities during deliveries and follow up with customers.
