Canadian Linen seeks a Relief Customer Service Representative to manage delivery routes and provide exceptional service to our clients. You will handle loading, unloading, and on-site customer interactions while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires a flexible schedule, a valid driver’s license, and a track record in customer service and sales, with opportunities to cross-sell products and build trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (Driver’s Abstract).
• Experience in customer service, sales, and delivery services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up uniforms, linens, towels, mats, and other rental items.
• Secure electronic signatures for invoices and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive routes safely and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with manager to resolve customer needs.
