Job description

Reporting to the Director of Cress Housing, the Manager of Tenant Relations is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for achieving the Tenant Relations’ objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Specific accountabilities include delivery of housing and vacancy management initiatives, tenant and community relations, contractual and issues management, team leadership, and related day-to-day housing operations.

Full-time Term to March 31, 2027
