Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails regarding damage claims with tact and professionalism.
• Navigate difficult conversations and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Generate and send damage invoices to customers and insurers, process payments.
• Own the lifecycle of the claim from open to close with regular follow-ups.
• Review incident reports and enter claims into the database.
