As our Customer Service Representative (CSR), Parts & Service Sales Rep you’ll play an integral role in providing excellent customer service to customers, suppliers and distributors ensuring that the company business goals of growth, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction are met.

Position Outline:
Experience Required:
· 3+ years of practical related experience in Customer Service
· 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment or related industry
· Superior customer relations skills
· Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to write reports and business correspondence
· Good communications skills
· Good computer and systems knowledge
· Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians, parts personnel, and customers regarding parts and service
Education Required:
· High school diploma, Post secondary degree or equivalent work experience
