You will liaise with Replenishment, Pricing, AR, and Transportation while processing orders and meeting deadlines. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to process a high volume of requests accurately and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer questions and requests with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Serve as liaison between customer and internal departments (Replenishment, Pricing, AR, Transportation).
• Process customer orders to meet internal deadlines.
• Demonstrate empathy and go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with outside sales, regional teammates, and internal customers.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and reduce waste in the role.
