Job summary

Kitchen Hub, Canada’s first virtual food hall, is hiring for flexible customer service roles in Ontario. You will help create unbelievable experiences for customers, drivers and partner restaurants, assist with kiosk orders, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced setting.

We welcome applicants with 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and a positive, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Outgoing, friendly and reliable
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays
• Strong English communication and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active during shifts

Responsibilities

• Be part of an engaged operations team in the store
• Create an unbelievable experience for customers and drivers
• Work with restaurant partners to move orders efficiently to customers
• Expedite complete orders to correct customer or driver
• Assist customers with kiosk orders and be a Kitchen Hub expert
• Resolve order issues quickly to maintain a positive experience
• Maintain dine-in and work areas, plus cleanliness of restrooms
• Participate in Health & Safety program and follow procedures
• Communicate with restaurant partners to meet standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the customer experience
• Follow procedures and seek efficiency improvements
• Assist with receiving deliveries as needed
• Other duties as requested by management
