Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer questions and requests with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Act as liaison between customer and internal departments (Replenishment, Pricing, AR, Transportation).
• Process customer orders to meet internal deadlines.
• Provide empathetic service to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with outside sales, regional teams, and internal customers.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in the role.
