• Accurately maintains information, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational processes.
• Follows procedures with meticulous attention to detail and suggests continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with customers, Sales Team Representatives and co-workers.
• Process orders promptly and provide solutions to technical and purchasing requirements.
• Support the maintenance of customer agreements and trade show documents.
• Understand and share Sales Reports with the Outside Sales Team.
• Maintain customer information and interactions through a CRM system enabling the business to stay organized.
