Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks Limited in Ontario is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide technical support and services, process orders, prepare quotes, and assist in warehouse operations. You will collaborate with outside sales to grow existing customers and win new ones, educating customers on product features.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in wholesale distribution, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and services to customers.
• Process customer orders and data entry.
• Prepare quotations, bids and letters.
• Assist in warehouse, shipping/receiving and administrative duties.
