This role is positioned as a Permanent Position and operates on a Continuous 14 x 14 Shift located at Mildred Lake.
As a Technical Service Representative you will primarily be responsible for supporting customer machine fleet health and optimization objectives, retaining good customer relationships, and improving the operation and maintenance of mining equipment to Caterpillar OEM standards and specifications. In addition, the position is responsible for attending scheduled customer visits, aiding in resolving customer complaints and concerns, and forecasting/supporting future customer requirements.
