The Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market suitable insurance products and services.

You will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service for inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing. Collaborate with the agent to reach marketing goals and deliver a value-based, exceptional customer

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property & Casualty license (General Level 1 preferred/must be able to obtain)
• LLQP (preferred/must be able to obtain)
