Job summary

Corey Scales - Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Desjardins Insurance Agent Team in Canada. You will engage with clients, identify needs, and promote appropriate products while delivering value-based conversations and an exceptional customer experience.

In this full-time role, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and work with the agent to meet marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in problem solving and dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and present to potential customers.
• Property & Casualty license (General Level 1 preferred/must be able to obtain).
• LLQP license preferred/must be able to obtain.
