• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Work closely with the Agent to achieve team sales and marketing goals.
• Help create a positive customer experience at every stage of the relationship.

What You Will Do

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for this role.
• A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is an asset
• Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred
• OTL license is preferred, or you must be willing and able to obtain the required license

Salary Range: 45,000k - 50,000k plus Bonuses.
