Job summary

Corey-Scales---Desjardins-Insurance-Agent is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their independent contractor team. You will build value-based conversations, identify client needs, and promote Desjardins insurance products.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, inside, or outside roles and telemarketing is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and present to potential customers.
• Licensing: General Level 1 License; LLQP preferred but willingness to obtain.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
