The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. A high school diploma is required; bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our customers
• Perform counter procedures including answering phones, placing orders, logging in tools, completing inventory counts, and assisting walk-in customer traffic
• Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventories as required.
• Prioritize in-branch repairs
• Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
• Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment
• Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge
