Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre in Saskatoon. You will deliver best-in-class service to customers, both internal and external, while maintaining strong product knowledge and a team-focused attitude.

The role emphasizes handling counter procedures, warranty assessments, and showroom merchandising, with opportunities to develop skills in inventory and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective business communication, initiative and organizational skills.

• High school diploma; experience with electric tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to customers.
• Handle counter procedures: phones, orders, log tools, inventory, and assist walk-in customers.
• Maintain monetary transactions and assist with inventories.
• Prioritize in-branch repairs.
• Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements.
• Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment.
