Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Georgina, Ontario. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers, handling orders, inventory tasks, and warranty assessments in a fast-paced showroom environment.

You will engage with customers, answer phones, log tools, assist walk-ins, and help with inventory and repairs while expanding product knowledge and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills.
• Outgoing and proficient in end-user engagement and conflict resolution.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience with electric tools is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to customers in-person and over the phone.
• Answer phones, place orders, log tools, and assist walk-in traffic.
• Maintain monetary transactions, records, and inventories as required.
• Prioritize in-branch repairs and conduct warranty assessments.
• Perform showroom merchandising and stock replenishment; develop product knowledge.
