Job summary

Techtronic Industries Inc. operates Milwaukee Tool in Canada. The Customer Service Representative will deliver best-in-class service to internal and external customers, answer inquiries, process orders, and support showroom operations at the Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to customers.
• Answer phones, process orders, log tools, inventory counts, and assist walk-in traffic.
• Maintain monetary transactions and assist with inventories.
• Prioritize in-branch repairs.
• Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements.
• Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
