Job summary

TTI Canada in Saskatoon is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre. You will deliver best-in-class service to both internal and external customers, handle counter procedures, orders, and inventory, and support showroom merchandising and stock replenishment.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, initiative, organization, and attention to detail; experience with electric tools is a strong asset, and a high school diploma is

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class service to our customers.
  • Perform counter procedures including answering phones, placing orders, logging in tools, completing inventory counts, and assisting walk-in customer traffic.
  • Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventories as required.
  • Prioritize in-branch repairs.
  • Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements.
  • Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally. A successful candidate will have curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.
