Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English; French a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact with customers via phone, email, or in person (sales counter).
• Process orders including freight selection, invoicing, and confirmations.
• Source products, quote, and follow up on orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Ensure paperwork like proofs of delivery and invoices is complete.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide after-hours on-call support when required.
• Perform outbound calls to service accounts and promote sales.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and verify shipments and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups/deliveries and resolve delays.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
