Job summary

White Cap Supply Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Niagara Region location to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.

You will handle orders, quotes, and inquiries received in person, by phone, email, or fax, and enter orders into our system. Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling, coordinating deliveries, maintaining showroom order, and building lasting relationships as the preferred supplier.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Ability to process orders and enter quotes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Respond to order and quotation requests received in person, by phone, email, or fax.
• Enter and process orders accurately and coordinate deliveries.
