You will upsell related products, respond to inquiries, stock shelves, and maintain showroom cleanliness while delivering a positive shopping experience. Some light driving for stock and deliveries may be required.

Formación

• Experience entering and processing orders and handling inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers.
• Upsells by identifying related products and promotions.
• Develops relationships and positions the business as a first-choice supplier.
• Handles customer questions about accounts, products, rates and services.
• Processes orders and quotes, and provides order information to customers.
• Restocks store merchandise and keeps showroom orderly.
• Drives delivery van to pick up stock or deliver materials.
