Applied Industrial Technologies Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Stoney Creek, ON location. You will provide expert assistance to customers, building ongoing relationships through regular contact and consultation, and ensuring timely parts and solutions delivery during equipment breakdowns.

This role offers a pathway toward outside sales, operations, management, or technical roles, with opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Industrial or Fluid Power components sales experience.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales responsibilities.
• Directly engaged in all sales activities.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's service offerings.
• Prospecting for new customers and demonstrating product benefits.
• Build ongoing relationships with customers.
• Responding to customer product inquiries in person or via phone/email.
• Providing support to the outside sales force.
• Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the order processing system.
